The Role:As a Year 3 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons that engage and challenge pupils, fostering their curiosity and love for learning. You will create a supportive and stimulating classroom environment, tailored to the needs of each child, and work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for all students. Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • Assess, track, and report on the progress of students to ensure all pupils reach their potential.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that promotes respect and cooperation.
  • Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including those with special educational needs.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support student development.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to the wider school community.

    Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience teaching in a primary school, preferably at Key Stage 2.
  • Strong knowledge of the Year 3 curriculum and assessment strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
