Step Into Your Next Chapter:

  • Utilise departmental systems and tools (e.g. TSS, online systems, Excel) to retrieve and analyse workforce data to support workforce planning.
  • Develop, maintain and analyse HR reports and maintain accurate and confidential records.
  • Provide operational support across a range of HR and payroll policies, procedures and practices.
  • Coordinate HR processes including workforce planning, recruitment and selection, workplace reform and staff leave administration.
  • Monitor and administer the school's School Budget Solution (SBS) yearly profile, credits, usage and staff leave.
  • Provide HR advice to staff regarding employment conditions, Awards, Certified Agreements and entitlements.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, departmental policies and directives.
  • Assist in identifying staff development needs and coordinate staff training, development and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Research contemporary HR practices and provide recommendations in collaboration with the Business Manager.
