About the Wellbeing Workforce
As part of the Queensland Government's $106.7 million Student Wellbeing Package, we are increasing the number of wellbeing professionals working across Queensland to ensure that every Queensland state school student has access to support for their wellbeing at school.

About the role/s
There are multiple roles available with flexible options and a mix of school or non-school based positions.
You will be welcomed by a range of teaching and corporate staff as well as like-minded clinical practitioners.
We are seeking:
- Psychologists
- Help students learn healthy ways to manage their mental health concerns
- Work with school staff to identify and practice suitable strategies for the classroom and wider school community
- Social Workers
- Connect students and families with support services/resources in the community to support their wellbeing.
- Senior/Supervisory roles (expressions of interest)

About you
You will be passionate about improving the lives of children and believe in the importance of equity and non-pathologizing those in need.
Coming from an appropriate clinical or educational setting you will:
- Have strong interpersonal and engagement skills
- Thrive in a varied role and environment
- Enjoy working with children, adolescents and adults holistically
- Knowledge of mental health concerns and how they may impact students
- Expertise in the delivery of child focussed interventions
- Ability to work within frameworks, systems and structures.

Mandatory Requirements
- The possession of current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)/Australia Association of Social Workers (AASW) is required.
- When working in regulated employment an employee must have a current Working with Children Clearance (blue card) issued by Blue Card Services.
