Your Role

- Oversee RTO operations, ensuring compliance with AQF standards, quality processes, student management and VET teacher capability.
- Support Senior Schooling processes, including pathways advice, subject changes and QCE-at-risk interventions.
- Deliver VET courses and provide differentiated, industry-aligned instruction and assessment.
- Work collaboratively to design and deliver VET curriculum that strengthens students' transition from school to employment.
- Guide students in job-readiness, employability skills, workplace behaviour and successful job retention.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with industry, employers and the school community to support student opportunities and monitor progress.
- Maintain accurate training, assessment and reporting records, meeting all RTO, work placement and school deadlines.
