About the Role
The Vocational Education Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing the operational requirements of the school's Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and ensuring compliance with the Vocational Education and Training (VET) Quality Framework. This role focuses on supporting students in Years 10-12 to successfully transition into further education, training, or sustainable employment through case management and career pathway coordination.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the RTO structure and ensuring compliance with VET policies and standards.
- Coordinating vocational education and career pathways for senior students.
- Supporting students in school-based apprenticeships and traineeships, liaising with stakeholders.
- Developing partnerships with businesses, training providers, and parents to enhance student outcomes.
- Delivering professional development for staff involved in vocational education programs.
