About the Role
The Tuckshop Convenor will oversee the daily operations of the school tuckshop, ensuring the provision of nutritious and affordable food for students and staff. This role requires strong organisational skills, a focus on hygiene and safety, and the ability to lead a team of staff and volunteers effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing daily tuckshop operations, including food preparation and counter services.
- Maintaining accurate records, stock management, and placing orders with vendors.
- Supervising and training tuckshop staff and volunteers, including rostering.
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Overseeing cash handling, security processes, and end-of-day balancing.
About You

- Ability to lead and supervise a team of staff and volunteers effectively.
