Mt Maria College, North Brisbane’s first Catholic Co-Educational College, was established in 1978. As a member of Marist Schools Australia, our educational philosophy is based on the teachings of St Marcellin Champagnat, the founder of the Marist Order. We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, energetic, and dedicated Tuckshop Assistant to join our great small team.
Taking on the role of Tuckshop Assistant at Mt Maria College, Mitchelton is an opportunity to demonstrate your skills to assist in providing fresh, contemporary, and nutritious meals and beverages for staff and students as well provide catering for school functions.
Our selection criteria:
- Cooking and food background with experience in food preparation, as well as being able to demonstrate a working knowledge of food safety, hygiene practices and workplace health and safety requirements.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in engaging with students of various ages with respect and patience.
- A flexible attitude to their work environment.
- The ability to work well under pressure and time constraints.
