HR Advisor - Temporary Ongoing Role (Bradford)

Hours: Full-time, 8:00am - 4:00pm, Term Time Only Location: Bradford Start: Immediate

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join a busy school environment in Bradford on a temporary ongoing basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong HR knowledge and excellent organisational skills to make an impact in an educational setting.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in HR
  • CIPD qualification (Level 3 or above)
  • Ideally experience within a school or education sector (not essential)
  • Ability to work full-time during term time (8am - 4pm)

    • Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Manage recruitment processes including advertising, shortlisting, and onboarding
  • Support with employee relations cases such as absence management and disciplinary matters
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with safeguarding requirements
  • Assist with payroll queries and liaise with external providers where necessary
  • Contribute to staff wellbeing initiatives and workforce planning

    • What We're Looking For: A proactive and professional individual who can work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of HR best practice.
