  • Supporting students with SEN/SEMH needs in their academic, social, and emotional development.
  • Collaborating with teachers and other school staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
  • Delivering 1:1 or small group support tailored to individual student needs.
  • Promoting positive behavior and fostering a safe, nurturing environment for learning.
  • Assisting in the preparation of resources and adapting materials to meet diverse learning needs.

  • A genuine passion for supporting children and young people with SEN/SEMH.
  • Previous experience working with children in an educational or care setting (desirable but not essential).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Resilience, patience, and a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic school environment.
  • An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
