These long-term positions come with the potential to become permanent. Start dates are immediate, and salaries range from £90 to £110 per day, depending on your experience, the school, and location. Who We're Looking For

  • Preferred Experience:
  • Previous work in school settings.
  • Experience supporting SEN and SEMH children.
  • Considered Backgrounds:
  • Support Work, Care, Security, or Police Force roles.
  • Degree holders in Education or Psychology.
  • Candidates must have a clear DBS or be willing to obtain one.
  • Sponsorships are not applicable for this role.
  • Job Roles & Expectations

    As a Teaching Assistant, Behaviour Mentor, or Learning Support Assistant, you will:

  • Provide tailored support to children with SEN and SEMH needs.
  • Assist teachers in delivering lessons and managing classroom behaviour.
  • Implement individual learning and behaviour plans.
  • Encourage positive interactions and support students' emotional well-being.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support each child's development.
  • Adapt to the unique needs of each student, fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
  • Maintain a safe, engaging, and nurturing atmosphere for students.
