The RoleWe're looking for a passionate and reliable Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in the Basildon area. You'll be supporting pupils across the classroom, helping with learning, behaviour and day-to-day development while working closely with teachers and the wider school team.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience working with children in a school, nursery or similar setting

  • Confident supporting pupils with their learning and development

  • Strong communication and classroom management skills

  • Patient, approachable and proactive

  • SEN experience is highly desirable
