We Are Looking For

  • Teaching Assistants of all levels and experience
  • SEN Teaching Assistants
  • Learning Support Assistants

  • Individuals with experience working with children and young people in any capacity

    • The Role

  • Supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis and within small groups
  • Assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons
  • Supporting children with additional learning and behavioural needs
  • Helping to create a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Working across EYFS, Key Stage 1, Key Stage 2 and Secondary settings

  • Experience working with children or young people
  • A positive, proactive and adaptable approach
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
