As an experienced SEN TA, you will:
Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SENDWork closely with pupils with Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, speech & language needs, and moderate learning difficultiesSupport students' academic progress, emotional regulation, and engagement in lessonsCollaborate with teachers, SENCo, and pastoral teamsImplement and adapt strategies in line with EHCP targetsPromote a safe, inclusive, and structured learning environmentAbout You
