  • The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant

    As an experienced SEN TA, you will:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEND
  • Work closely with pupils with Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, speech & language needs, and moderate learning difficulties
  • Support students' academic progress, emotional regulation, and engagement in lessons
  • Collaborate with teachers, SENCo, and pastoral teams
  • Implement and adapt strategies in line with EHCP targets
  • Promote a safe, inclusive, and structured learning environment
  • About You

    We are looking for candidates who:

  • Have previous experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant (essential)
  • Have supported secondary-aged students or young people with SEND
  • Are confident working with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and complex needs
  • Are patient, resilient, and proactive
  • Can build strong professional relationships with students and staff
  • Are committed to long-term impact and progression within education
