SEN Teaching Assistant - Woodford Full-Time | £85-£110 per day Veritas Education

Veritas Education is currently seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant for a full-time position at a supportive school in Woodford.

This role is ideal for a dedicated SEN TA who has previous experience working in a Special Educational Needs-focused role and is passionate about supporting pupils to reach their full potential.

The Role:

  • Supporting pupils with a range of SEN needs (including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH)

  • Working one-to-one or in small groups

  • Assisting the class teacher with tailored learning strategies

  • Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

  • Supporting pupils with both academic and emotional development

    • Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an SEN-focused role (essential)

  • A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
