Veritas Education is working with a supportive and inclusive 2 form entry primary school in Tower Hamlets to recruit an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team.

This role is ideal for a confident SEN TA with proven experience supporting pupils with additional needs in a busy primary school environment.

The Role:

  • Supporting pupils with special educational needs across the classroom

  • Delivering targeted 1:1 and small group support where required

  • Working closely with the class teacher and SENCo

  • Supporting pupils with autism, ADHD and other additional needs

  • Helping to create a calm, structured and inclusive learning environment

  • The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous SEN TA experience is essential

  • Experience working in a primary school setting, ideally a 2 form entry school

  • Strong behaviour management and positive support strategies

  • Patient, resilient and proactive

  • Able to work effectively as part of a team
