Teaching Assistant
Are you passionate about supporting children and making a positive impact in their early learning journey? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and welcoming Reception class in Isleworth. In this full-time role, you'll work closely with a supportive team, including a qualified teacher and Early Years Practitioner, to help every child thrive.
What You'll Be Doing: As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play a key role in assisting children with special educational needs (SEN) within a mainstream Reception class. Your day will be filled with supporting children in one-on-one and small group settings, ensuring a positive learning environment with a focus on behaviour management.
