Teachers (ECTs welcome!)

  • Confident delivering engaging lessons
  • Strong behaviour management
  • Flexible, positive approach

    • Teaching Assistants & Support Staff

  • Experience with young people (education or transferable)
  • Patient, adaptable, supportive
  • Ability to work 1:1, in small groups, or general classroom support

    • A DBS on the Update Service is preferred, but we can help you apply if needed.

    ???? The Roles

    Depending on your skills and preference, you could be:

  • Supporting pupils in class
  • Assisting with SEN & behaviour needs
  • Delivering pre-set lessons as a Cover Supervisor
  • Providing 1:1 intervention
  • Helping create a positive learning environment
  • Covering short-term or long-term teacher absence
