Pennant Hills High School is held in high regard by both the local and wider community as a large, coeducational, comprehensive high school, with an enrolment of 1,140 students, including 29% from non-English speaking backgrounds and twelve students who identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander. . Specific Selection Criteria

Approval to teach Visual Arts and Photographic and Digital Media.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with the faculty to design, develop, deliver and evaluate effective teaching programs and resources to improve student engagement and learning outcomes.

Demonstrated strength in managing classrooms and overseeing practical learning environments.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to contribute to faculty and whole-school programs and build positive relationships across the school community.

Conditions

An unconditional full approval to teach is a requirement. If you do not hold a full approval to teach with the NSW Department of Education, you are required to commence the application process at the same time as you apply for this teaching opportunity.
