Position Information

Sefton High School (enrolment 1106 including 95% from non-English-speaking background) is a co-educational, academically selective school with a parallel community stream intake. The school is characterised by a focus of high expectations of all students and staff. Specific Selection Criteria

1. Approval to teach 'Technology (Mandatory)' and approved and / or willing to teach 'Information & Software Technology' (Computer Technology).

2. Demonstrated ability to work as a collaborative member of the TAS faculty and contribute to faculty programs and resources.

3. Demonstrated capacity to effectively differentiate learning experiences to engage, challenge and inspire all learners.

4. Demonstrated ability to create and maintain safe and supportive learning environments.

Conditions

An unconditional full approval to teach is a requirement. If you do not hold a full approval to teach with the NSW Department of Education, you are required to commence the application process at the same time as you apply for this teaching opportunity.
