Position Information
Baradine Central School is a small, inclusive K-12 rural school located in the Warrumbungle Shire of north-central NSW, on Kamilaroi Country. With a current enrolment of 103 students from Kindergarten through Year 12, the school proudly serves a diverse community, including approximately 52% Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students and 3% who speak English as an Additional Language or Dialect (EAL/D). The secondary school currently has 62 students enrolled.

Specific Selection Criteria
Approval to teach Mathematics (Years 7-10) and MSH Mathematics (Years 11-12)
Willingness to teach PHP PD/Health/PE
Demonstrated ability to deliver innovative and differentiated Mathematics teaching and learning programs, including integrating technology to inspire student engagement and improved learning outcomes
Evidence of effective classroom management to promote a supportive and positive learning environment
Well-developed interpersonal, communication and organisational skills, and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Conditions
Successful applicants may be entitled to a Recruitment Bonus of $20,000 (Conditions Apply). The Recruitment Bonus will be paid on a pro rata basis for permanent part-time teachers and executive staff. The maximum recruitment bonus available for a position is $20,000, including any job share arrangements
A Relocation Support Payment of $5,000 up to $8,000 will be available for eligible applicants
An unconditional full approval to teach is a requirement. If you do not hold a full approval to teach with the NSW Department of Education, you are required to commence the application process at the same time as you apply for this teaching opportunity.
