Position Information

At Granville Public School we have an enrolment of 650 students, including a preschool and seven special education classes. With 98% of our students learning English as an additional language, our cultural richness is integral to our community and is respected and celebrated in all that we do.

Specific Selection Criteria

 

Approval to teach Teacher Librarian or currently undertaking or currently enrolled in Teacher Librarian qualifications approved by the NSW Department of Education

 

Demonstrated skill in managing a school library, including library management systems, digital technology, and fostering an environment for learning and reading

 

Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills that build positive relationships with students, staff and the wider community.

 

 

 

Conditions

An unconditional full approval to teach is a requirement. If you do not hold a full approval to teach with the NSW Department of Education, you are required to commence the application process at the same time as you apply for this teaching opportunity.
