Maybe you are looking to further develop in a new and dynamic working environment.  SEDA College (Victoria), the leader of Applied Learning for Year 11 & 12 students is currently seeking a Teacher for our Western United High Performance Program. 

SEDA College (Victoria) is the leader of hands on education for Year 11 & 12 students. We partner with peak industry organisations to provide our students unique opportunities and experiences specific to their interests. Our students will receive a tailored career plan to develop key employability and life skills for a successful future. 

Job responsibilities

SEDA College teachers are responsible for facilitation, training and assessment within the High Performance Player Programs, liaising with one of SEDA’s key stakeholders (Melbourne Victory) to provide an engaging and applied learning experience. 

The ideal applicant will have experience in a high performance sporting environment.  You will have well developed problem-solving skills and the ability to interact effectively with a broad range of people at all levels. 

Suitable applicants will require a Victorian Institute of Teaching registration, Experience in teaching the Victorian Certificate of Education – Vocational Major (VCE VM) and VET in football/soccer, community, education and related fields, and experience in playing and coaching sport and or working in the Sport and Recreation Industry.  A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is preferred but not essential.
