About the Role:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- Support teaching and learning by assisting with classroom activities, small group work, literacy/numeracy tasks, and supervising students under teacher direction.
- Provide student care and wellbeing support, including first aid, assisting students with special needs, and fostering a respectful, empathetic, and inclusive environment.
- Manage classroom and school resources by preparing, organising, maintaining, and stocktaking equipment and materials.
- Perform administrative and clerical duties such as record-keeping, compiling class rolls, preparing teaching materials, and handling student activity payments.
- Contribute to school operations through supervision (playground, buses, excursions), effective communication, teamwork, and maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
