About the Role
As a Teacher Aide at Pinnacle State School, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and students to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. This position involves assisting with classroom activities, student engagement, and wellbeing initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting teachers in preparing and enhancing learning materials and activities.
- Providing individual and small-group support to students, particularly those with additional needs.
- Assisting with classroom routines, transitions, and personal care as required.
- Contributing to the wellbeing and safety of students, including administering first aid (training provided).
- Collaborating with teachers and staff to foster a respectful and inclusive school culture.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of students and enjoys working in a collaborative and supportive school community.
