About the Role
We are seeking a Teacher Aide to join our dedicated team in 2026. In this role, you will contribute to the delivery of quality education by supporting teachers and students in a range of activities and ensuring a safe, inclusive learning environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting classroom learning for students with diverse needs.
- Providing personal hygiene assistance, including toileting support.
- Assisting with speech and communication development strategies under teacher/therapist guidance.
- Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and support staff to enhance student outcomes.
- Contributing to the welfare, health, and safety of students, including first aid delivery (training provided).
This role would suit someone who is passionate about inclusive education and enjoys working in a close-knit rural school community.
