We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 1 (KS1) Teacher to join our supportive and dynamic team at a thriving primary school in Blackburn. If you are an innovative educator with a love for teaching and a commitment to nurturing young minds, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that engage and inspire children in Key Stage 1.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that meets the diverse needs of all students.
  • Assess and track pupils' progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver the curriculum and support the wider school community.
  • Support children's social, emotional, and academic growth in a nurturing environment.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding pupil progress and well-being.

    • Key Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably within Key Stage 1.
  • Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A passion for working with young children and helping them succeed.
  • The ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their best.
