We move fast here at Story House Early Learning, and this role will certainly keep you on your toes. We are looking for someone super-efficient, who loves nothing more than to anticipate needs, get stuff done, and is able to suggest resolutions when identifying needs.
As a Partner in Talent Acquisition, you will;
- Ensure talent needs across our business are adequately forecast
- Effectively manage an end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles
- Provide strategic and commercially sound recruitment advice to Hiring Managers
- Provide timely and quality feedback to candidates as required by the Recruitment & Selection Policy
- EVP - Act as brand ambassador eg recruiting events, networking events. Work on relevant projects to enhance EVP as required.
Lets talk about you
For those with experience, it's essential that you align with our criteria, boasting a track record in implementing best practices in hiring methodologies. For those just starting out, these are the skills you'll master.
- Delivering on strategic recruitment and volume recruitment – end to end management of the hiring lifecycle.
- In-depth knowledge of candidate selection and sourcing methods
- Ability to proactively connect with and create strong relationships with business stakeholders
- Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills – we are a fun team!
- Competency with HRIS, MS Office products including excel and ATS / data management.
- Experience leveraging social media platforms to effectively locate and engage with potential candidates
