Are you passionate about helping children thrive in their early years and primary education? Do you want flexible, rewarding work that makes a real difference every day? We're expanding our team of dedicated support staff and would love to hear from you.

We work with a wide network of primary schools across Kirklees, Wakefield, and Bradford, providing high‑quality support staff to meet a variety of needs. We're currently recruiting for:

EYFS Support Staff

  • Supporting children in Nursery and Reception
  • Helping create a nurturing, play‑based learning environment
  • Assisting with early phonics, numeracy, and social development

    • General Teaching Assistants (KS1 & KS2)

  • Classroom support across a range of subjects
  • Working closely with teachers to deliver engaging lessons
  • Providing small‑group or 1:1 support

    • SEN Support Assistants

  • Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs
  • Tailoring learning approaches to individual pupils
  • Working across KS1 and KS2

    • What We're Looking For

  • Experience working with children (school-based or similar)
  • A positive, proactive attitude
  • Reliability and a genuine passion for education
  • Flexibility to work across different schools and year groups
  • Relevant qualifications are beneficial but not essential
