Are you a passionate and reliable Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant (LSA) looking for flexible work in primary schools across Leeds?

We are working with a range of welcoming primary schools seeking adaptable support staff to provide classroom assistance across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. Whether you're looking for day-to-day supply or a longer-term placement, we have opportunities to suit you.

The Role:

  • Supporting pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 and small group basis
  • Assisting teachers with the delivery of lessons and learning activities
  • Supporting children with additional learning and behavioural needs
  • Helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment
  • Encouraging pupil confidence, independence, and progress
