Secondary Supply Teachers Required - Blackburn

The Role

As a Secondary Supply Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and Key Stage 5 where applicable).
  • Follow school policies and lesson plans provided by the school.
  • Manage behaviour effectively and create a positive learning environment.
  • Ensure continuity of learning in the absence of permanent teaching staff.
  • Build positive relationships with students and school staff.

    • What We Are Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), QTLS or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching in a UK secondary school environment.
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • A flexible and professional approach to teaching.
  • A passion for supporting students and helping them achieve their potential.
  • An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
