**Job Description:**

We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Unqualified Supply Teachers and Cover Supervisors to join our team. You will play a crucial role in supporting our partner schools by providing high-quality cover teaching in the absence of regular classroom teachers. These roles are perfect for individuals looking for flexible working arrangements, whether full-time, part-time, or ad-hoc daily cover.

**Responsibilities:**

- Deliver pre-prepared lessons and manage the classroom environment.- Ensure a positive and conducive learning atmosphere.- Follow school policies and procedures.- Provide feedback to the regular class teacher on student progress and behavior.- Support students in their learning and address any immediate issues that arise during the lesson.

**Requirements:**

- Previous teaching experience is essential.- Must hold an enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check on the update service.- Strong classroom management skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Ability to adapt to different school environments and teaching styles.- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
