About the Role: Are you passionate about working with children and eager to make a positive impact in their early years? We are seeking enthusiastic Level 2 and Level 3 Early Years Practitioners, as well as individuals without formal qualifications but with a big heart for nurturing little minds! Join our supply team in Harrogate, where you'll have the flexibility to fill in shifts and support various settings dedicated to creating fun, safe, and engaging learning experiences for children aged 0-5.

What You'll Do:

  • Step into various nurseries and deliver high-quality care and stimulating learning experiences for young children
  • Support their emotional and social development through play and exploration
  • Collaborate with nursery teams to plan and implement creative activities
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with children and their families
  • Maintain a safe and welcoming environment in every setting you work in

    • What We're Looking For:

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) preferred, but unqualified candidates with a passion for childcare are also encouraged to apply
  • Experience in an Early Years setting is a plus, but enthusiasm and a love for working with children are key!
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to different environments
  • A valid DBS check (or readiness to obtain one)
