We are seeking a qualified Personal/Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic Wellbeing Team, which consists of the Deputy Principal, Differentiated Pedagogies Middle Leader, Pastoral Middle Leaders, Pathways Leader and Guidance Counsellors.
You will provide 1:1 support to the Deputy Principal assisting with the day to day running of the school and event management and assist the Wellbeing Team to deliver high-quality wellbeing programs and initiatives for our MacKillop Women.
You will work with our MacKillop Women by triaging their support needs and supporting their learning journeys.
Additionally, you will work with academic staff to support the learning growth of our students.
This is a continuing, term-time position.
The successful candidate will have:- Strong interpersonal and administrative skills,
- Capable of working both collaboratively and independently
- Seamless support for all students who access the Wellbeing Team for learning and social and emotional reasons.
- The ability to use designated databases and communication platforms to keep our MMC community members informed about College policies and processes that support differentiated teaching and learning practices.
To be eligible to be considered for this role you will:
- hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement;
- be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment; and
- have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.
