About the Role
- Work collaboratively with regional and school-based teams to support successful transitions for students with complex needs
- Support schools to implement high-quality student support plans aligned to DoE policy and procedure
- Build the capability and confidence of school teams to implement evidence-based social emotional learning interventions
- Build the capability and confidence of school teams to implement evidence-based practices
- Build the capability and confidence of school teams to proactively support students with diverse presentations
- Contribute to a multi-disciplinary, regionally coordinated approach to behaviour and inclusion
- Use data-informed practices to guide planning and evaluate impact
