  • Location: Bradford (Various Roles across BD Postcodes)
  • Pay: £85.00 - £110.00 (PAYE and Umbrella Company Options)
  • Full Time and Part Time options available
  • Permanent Positions and Temp to permanent transfers
  • Additional Team Teach/Positive Behaviour Management training provided.

    • Have you got a sporting background, whether that's playing or coaching, and want to transfer those skills into a behaviour support-based role in a school or Special Needs setting?

    Do you feel confident that you could help support young learners through physical activity and provide appropriate behaviour management strategies across the classroom for children demonstrating potentially challenging behaviour?

    Do you think you are resilient in the workplace and can act calmly and professionally when dealing with challenging situations?

    If so, sports support and behaviour management roles based in a Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) setting could be an ideal placement within schools! SEMH settings around the Bradford area that have a focus on allocating suitable and professional staff to their schools, they aim to have a team of active, confident, and resilient staff who don't mind dealing with challenging behaviour and getting stuck into practical sports and life skills lessons!

    If you feel like you would be a suitable SEMH school support staff member, could transfer your life skills to supporting vulnerable children or think your previous sports background would be a good fit for some of the settings Veritas Education are working with, then please apply to this active job role!
