About the Role:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to;

  • Undertake and process all work in accordance with legislative, policy and procedural requirements.
  • Operate and maintain administrative and financial management systems including processing accounts receivable and payable, receiving and banking monies, processing payments, providing reports, using and maintaining Corporate Card accounts, reconciling accounts, and preparing and completing Monthly Business Activity Statements for taxation.
  • Responsible for end of period/year balancing and rollovers including BAS/taxation requirements.
  • Prioritise and schedule work commitments to meet non-negotiable deadlines as directed by School Sport Calendars.
  • Provide administrative support to the Regional School Sport Officer, the Regional School Sport Board and regional school sport officials, including maintenance of office systems and procedures, and assist in project work when required.
  • Liaise with and provide effective interpersonal communications that develops and enhances school community partnerships with regard to sport activities.
