Social Media and Digital Marketing School Officer - St Thomas More College, SUNNYBANK

We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and positive person to join our vibrant school community. The successful applicant will have or be willing to obtain a working with Children Blue Card and have a current Qld Driver’s License.

Duties include:

Facebook:

  • Schedule regular posts.
  • Utilise graphic design skills for creating posts and updating posters.

LinkedIn:

  • Share and advertise job listings.
  • Design graphics.

Instagram:

  • Manage an STMC Instagram account.

Media Consent:

  • Manage parent and student media consent forms.

BCE Connect App:

  • Make announcements. Produce videos.
  • Creation of blog posts: “College Leadership News” and “In the Know @ STMC.”

Parent Portal:

  • Transition information from the Parent Portal to the BCE Connect App.

Website:

  • Manage and update College Website as required.

Filming and creation of content

  • Create slideshows.
  • Film and create reels.
  • Create invitations.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist with Parent Teacher Interviews Event
    • Troubleshot website issues with parents.
  • Assist with the creation of the College Yearbook.
  • Assist with photo shoots.
  • Assist with Visitors days & Enrolment events.

  • hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement;
