We’re looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead our Diamond Creek service.
This is one service, thoughtfully designed across two neighbouring buildings with our unders in one and overs in the other.
It’s not two services to run.
It’s one aligned team, split by age for clarity and focus.

Our 2IC is primarily based in one building, providing day-to-day stability, while you maintain oversight and connection across the whole service.

You’ll lead a team delivering our STRONG Beginnings curriculum, our organisational framework guiding consistent, high-quality practice across every Story House service.
And through our partnership with the Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Foundation, children experience food education in a hands-on, meaningful way, learning how to grow, prepare and respect what they eat.
