We are seeking an experienced and strategic recruitment professional to manage impactful projects and proactive talent initiatives. As a Senior Talent Partner, you will play a key role in high-volume recruitment for our Relief Team and contribute to enhancing our overall talent strategy. This role offers opportunities for growth and is transferable across the Talent Team.

Your key responsibilities :
  • Oversee complex recruitment projects and high-volume recruitment for the Relief Team.
  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Create detailed reports and dashboards; analyse data for actionable insights.
  • Build and maintain talent pools for proactive recruitment and internal mobility.
  • Mentor junior team members and collaborate with stakeholders to meet talent needs.
  • Deliver exceptional candidate care and ensure a positive recruitment experience.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for efficient recruitment workflows.
About you:
You will bring your skills in recruitment and talent management to support the full lifecycle recruitment processes in a fast-paced client-focused advisory role in a complex, decentralised recruitment team to manage high volume recruitment activities across BCE office and schools
  • Advanced Excel proficiency and data analysis skills.
  • Strong project management and strategic thinking.
  • Proven experience in high-volume recruitment.
  • Expertise in internal recruitment and proactive talent sourcing.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
