- Partner with our BCE school communities and offices to support strategic end to end recruitment activities

- Salary $115,200 - $127,363 + super
Your key responsibilities :
- Oversee complex recruitment projects and high-volume recruitment for the Relief Team.
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Create detailed reports and dashboards; analyse data for actionable insights.
- Build and maintain talent pools for proactive recruitment and internal mobility.
- Mentor junior team members and collaborate with stakeholders to meet talent needs.
- Deliver exceptional candidate care and ensure a positive recruitment experience.
- Identify and implement process improvements for efficient recruitment workflows.
You will bring your skills in recruitment and talent management to support the full lifecycle recruitment processes in a fast-paced client-focused advisory role in a complex, decentralised recruitment team to manage high volume recruitment activities across BCE office and schools
- Advanced Excel proficiency and data analysis skills.
- Strong project management and strategic thinking.
- Proven experience in high-volume recruitment.
- Expertise in internal recruitment and proactive talent sourcing.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
