About the opportunity:
As the Senior System and Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Collecting, maintaining, analysing, and presenting data and information to both internal and external stakeholders,
- Ensuring timely responses to on-demand requests and fulfilling Registration Services reporting requirements.
- Playing a key role in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of regular compliance and reporting programs and systems within the Branch, helping to drive effective decision-making and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities include:
- Extracting, analysing and presenting complex data and reports to meet reporting and legislative requirements.
- Advising stakeholders on the interpretation of data and emerging trends to support performance measurement, regulatory compliance and key issues identification.
- Develop and maintain business intelligence solutions, making data and statistics more accessible for stakeholders across the Branch.
- Provide technical assistance to employees on using data systems effectively, improve record-keeping practices, and contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the Branch's annual programs.
- Assist with preparing briefing notes, reports, and documents related to complex and sensitive issues.
