Specific Criteria
- Assisting the Principal with the financial functions of the school including assistance with bookkeeping, accounting and payroll
- Managing the day-to-day administration systems and processes in a busy office setting with constantly changing priorities
- Acting as the first point of contact for students and parents
- Providing administrative support to teaching staff
- Assisting with posting and advertising on social media platforms
- Managing Sick Bay and administer first aid when required
- Assisting with the organisation maintenance and repairs of school property
- Managing enrolments and processing school fees
