Your Role:

Responsibilities include:

  • Undertake project planning, analysis, integrate project activities and evaluate the impact of projects or initiatives.
  • Develop, implement and monitor project services in consultation with stakeholders to ensure identified needs are met.
  • Research, develop, maintain and review operational policies, standards, procedures and programs to support IT functions across the department.
  • Prepare briefing material, submissions, papers and reports based on efficient and effective analysis of information.
  • Monitor budget and provide regular financial reports, for compliance and audit to all agreed requirements.
  • Coordinate, organise, participate and promote the activities of relevant projects and provide executive support to working parties.

About You:

In addition to being able to contribute to the team responsibilities outlined in the attached 'Team profile' document, our successful applicant will have:

  • Experience as an ICT practitioner with a strong knowledge of information security and privacy principles
  • Experience in risk assessment, particularly as it relates to third-party online services across both the school and corporate environments
  • Experience in providing definitive advice in relation to third-party online service compliance with relevant legislation, national information security and privacy framework (ST4S) and departmental procedures
  • Experience using ServiceNow to manage the resolution of support requests, oversee responses to a broad range of online services matters, including investigation, assessment and development of customer and vendor responses.
