Your Responsibilities 

As the Senior Project Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and supporting Microsoft Fabric and Purview platforms, including administration, monitoring, licensing, capacity management, tenant configuration, and gateway support.
  • Driving data governance initiatives by implementing and maintaining policies, classifications, and compliance frameworks within Microsoft Purview to ensure secure and ethical data management.
  • Providing expert guidance and support to stakeholders on leveraging Microsoft Fabric for data engineering, analytics, and business intelligence, and promoting best practices in data governance.
  • Delivering strategic recommendations to management on platform enhancements, data application services, and opportunities to optimise processes and improve organisational data maturity.
  • Developing and maintaining project plans, milestones, and timelines to ensure successful delivery of outcomes aligned with organisational priorities.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving operational issues related to Microsoft Fabric and Microsoft Purview.
  • Staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends in Microsoft Fabric and Microsoft Purview to inform continuous improvement.
  • Previous experience and/or certifications related to the use and administration of Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Purview, and other Azure/M365 products will be favourably considered.
