In establishing the Transformation Management Office, we strive to become a trusted enabler of organisational transformation. Role specific accountabilities:
We are looking for someone who has strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills necessary to support transformational change in a busy and complex organisation. Your desire to embrace new challenges, and focus on identifying opportunities to improve outcomes, practices and processes will position you to succeed in this role.
Key accountabilities include:
- Program coordination and administration
- Collaborate with program and project managers to define clear program milestones, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Support the establishment and operation of the Transformation Management Office (TMO), ensuring alignment with the division's objectives and government priorities.
- Stakeholder engagement and communications
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating alignment and collaboration.
- Create high-quality documents, reports, and visually appealing presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for stakeholders.
- Governance, reporting and oversight
- Establish and maintain robust governance processes, ensuring compliance with standards and timely delivery of high-quality reports to senior stakeholders.
- Facilitate collaboration across teams to ensure cohesive delivery of projects, identifying and managing interdependencies and risks.
There are no mandatory qualifications for this role, however prior experience in supporting projects, programs or portfolios and/or experience in applying change management methodologies would be advantageous.

This position is a Temporary Full-time role, commencing from 20 January 2025 to 31 December 2026.
