About the Role:
Governance, Strategy and Planning undertakes a range of enterprise activities to support the department to meet its strategic objectives and operational requirements, and delivers services and products to support frontline and corporate staff to effectively and confidently perform their duties.

One exciting role is available with the following focus:
- Maturing departmental approaches to human rights and customer complaints management:
- Support development of tailored complaints and human rights resources and training to build capability in frontline and corporate areas;
- Provide support, advice and training to business areas;
- Support collaboration with other business areas to drive continuous improvement in complaints management and reporting.
We are looking for a Senior Policy Officer who has the following attributes:
- The ability to research and analyse issues, communicate complex information in clear and user-friendly products, and make informed recommendations
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills and a commitment to customer service;
- High level writing and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and coordination skills.
