About the role:
- Lead the development and implementation of performance management frameworks, providing strategic advice on performance improvement initiatives to enhance BCE's culture, leadership, capability, and career pathway programs.
- Design and deliver professional career development programs. Identify capability gaps and develop strategies to address them.
- Conduct detailed analyses to determine organisational and operational requirements.
- Develop strategies to improve organisational performance through high-level reviews and investigations.
- Partner with school-based role holders and leadership teams to develop programs that ensure employee growth and development.
About You:
- Passionate about education and committed to supporting professional growth across BCE.
- Deep understanding of the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers, supporting ECTs and HALTs.
- Excellent communicator, capable of preparing detailed reports and presenting findings.
- Experienced in building and maintaining professional relationships, working collaboratively with school-based role holders and leadership teams.
- Hold tertiary qualifications in HR, Organisational Development or Education; postgraduate qualifications in training and development are highly regarded.
- Current/valid Queensland Driver’s Licence, if required.
