Your Role:

This role will involve:

  • Completing tasks in both the Complex Matters and Injury Management areas in the region.
  • Tasks will involve completing management enquiries, managing Individual Employee Grievances, providing conduct and performance advice to Principals and BMs, supporting the HRBP team in the region with complex performance and conduct matter advice on school matters, supporting the PHRC, complete independent medical assessment and ill health retirement proposal briefs, coordinate psychological claim responses and write summaries to WorkCover, and analyse data to identify employees requiring health management processes.

    • Preparing correspondence and replies to Parliamentary Questions, Ministerial representations and other briefing material; and representing the office at meetings, conferences or seminars.
    • Management of diverse occupational groups may be required of this level.
