  • Based at the Woolloongabba office with flexibility to work from an alternative location for up to 2-days per week.

An opportunity exists to join the BCEO ITS Business Engagement Team to support the day-to-day operation of D365 Financial Operations, together with User Maintenance, Issue investigation and resolution, and working with Business stakeholders and partners. Reporting to the Team Leader – Business Technology Services you will be part of a small dynamic team working across Microsoft Dynamics 365 – Finance and a Procure to Pay solution.

About the role:

  • Support is provided across D365 Finance and Operations core modules from GL, AR, AP & Fixed Assets.
  • Managing User requests via Service Desk and triaging is required and ensuring that the core product is maintainable.
  • Working on a variety of issue resolution and assisting in testing of any changes that are undertaken by our Vendor Partner.
  • This is a multi-company environment across two domains, therefore experience with multiple therefore experience with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams is essential
About you: 
  • Bachelor’s degree qualification in either education, business, information technology, information systems or another relevant field
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 – Finance and a Procure to Pay essential 
  • Demonstrated experience in information technology/system lifecycle management and/or the education domain or a similar role
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting end users through transformation of process, practice and technology
  • Demonstrated understanding of Project and Change Management practices as they relate to information systems support, optimisation and implementation
  • Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow
