About the Role:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to;

  • Extract, analyse and present complex data sets using contemporary information management and business intelligence software for distribution and use by teams across all of the Branch's regulatory frameworks in response to on demand requests and reporting requirements for the Branch.
  • Prepare and present information and data in response to requests in a timely and accurate manner, including right to information and information privacy requests.
  • Provide advice on the context, appropriate use and interpretation of Branch statistics and identify emerging trends and their likely impact on performance measurement.
  • Develop and maintain business intelligence solutions to present Branch data and statistics in an accessible, more useful manner for distribution to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present accurate reports to assist with monitoring regulatory performance to meet reporting and legislative requirements.

Highly desirable skills and experience;

  • Collaborative and highly motivated individual with excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
  • A passion for data and also enjoy leveraging data and technology to improve business processes
  • Demonstrated experience in data analysis, presentation and reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify operational issues effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functional boundaries and foster a culture or teamwork and cooperation
