About the Role:

The Facilities Information Management (FIM) team are responsible for the accurate collection, storage, analysis and reporting of organisational facilities information at Queensland State Schools and campuses as well as other department locations.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to;

  • Ensuring a high-quality integrated service is provided to stakeholders within a framework of continual improvement.
  • Provide specialist and timely advice on technical issues relating to the capture, maintenance, reporting and enhancements of facilities information and systems.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of standards, procedures and processes to promote and maintain high data quality capture, storage and reporting.
  • Liaise and provide advice to stakeholders in relation to a range of infrastructure processes and data management issues, including the timely and accurate completion of incoming requests.

Highly desirable skills and knowledge;

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills to establish and maintain productive relationships with team members and key stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities within tight timeframes while keeping line supervisors informed of progress and issues.
  • Excellent data literacy and high attention to detail.
  • Experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), Agresso and/or infrastructure data would be highly desirable.
